The firm does not operate as a general-practice or volume-based law firm. Consultation requests are reviewed to determine whether the matter falls within the firm’s substantive focus, evidentiary requirements, litigation posture, and professional capacity.

Before You Submit an Inquiry
Please provide enough information for an initial review, including the institution, employer, agency, or individual involved; the type of legal issue; the key dates; what happened; what action was taken against you; whether you filed any internal complaint, agency charge, notice of claim, grievance, appeal, or lawsuit; whether any deadlines are approaching; and whether you have documents supporting the matter.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive information unless and until the firm agrees in writing to represent you.
