Two female NYPD officers’ disciplined for tossing football with young boy while on their post are now heading to Trial. “This is yet another colossal waste of Department Resources” says Eric Sanders. “The Department needs to rethink its definition of community policing. The courtroom testimony is even more devastating against the Department’s so-called case. He did not report the threats to witnesses, falsified department records, and other serious misconduct committed by the Internal Affairs Bureau investigators in their fervor and zeal to arrest Officer Green for Menacing and Promoting Prostitution. Police Officer Monty Green alleges that on or before January 13, 2012, unknown member(s) of the Internal Affairs Bureau or other command within the Police Department City of New York illegally, with malice intentionally leaked internal documents from a confidential biased internal investigation alleging that he is a PIMP COP, engaged in other criminal activities and/or serious misconduct.
